If you’re vegan or simply trying to get a taste of the veggie life, stop by Vegas Veg Fest, where entry is free, and attendants can taste a plethora of different vegan and vegetarian cuisines. If you’re more inclined to drink some tasty beers and are philanthropic to boot, be sure to check out Brew’s Best Beer Fest. Not only will you be able to try a variety of brews, but you’ll also be supporting the nonprofit charity New Vista, which is dedicated to helping families with children and adults with intellectual development disorders such as autism spectrum disorder and Down syndrome, among others. 
 
Willows Park Community Center is a perfect family- and dog-friendly destination where you can hang out on the playground, shoot some hoops, take a walking trail, or simply get some fresh air. If you’re after a gorgeous day of soaking up rays and swinging some golf balls, Red Rock Country Club is one of many luxurious golf courses you can visit. With two courses with stunning natural surroundings and scenic views, you can’t help but enjoy a relaxing day with a few pals.
